(1) If a member state appoints a person as an unpaid consul for any consular area of ​​Nepal, the facilities, concessions and immunities provided to such unpaid consuls shall be as determined by the Ministry on the basis of reciprocity under the Convention.
(2) If it is found that the facilities, concessions or exemptions granted under sub-rule (1) are misused by any unpaid consul, the Ministry may cancel such facilities, concessions or exemptions at any time.
(3) After the expiration of the term of office as per Rule 14, if the unpaid consul is not reappointed or the term of office is not extended, the privileges, concessions and immunities enjoyed by him shall automatically cease.
